Route Relief Representative

Schedule: Monday-Friday starting at 6:00AM

Job offers are contingent on passing both a drug screen and a background check.

Sohn Linen Service in Lansing MI is seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of linens, uniforms and other products to our customers. You will have the opportunity to interact with customers on a regular basis, providing exceptional customer service and building relationships that foster loyalty and repeat business.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong attention to detail. You must be able to work independently and be comfortable navigating different routes and locations. A clean driving record is required for this position as well as a valid chauffeur driver's license within 14 days of hire.

You will be responsible for loading and unloading delivery vehicles, maintaining accurate inventory counts, and resolving any customer service issues that may arise. You will be the face of Sohn Linen to our customers, so it is essential that you embody our commitment to excellence in customer service and safety.
